Eminem's mother Debbie Nelson battled cancer for many years and ultimately succumbed to lung cancer. Her last final words were strange and and perhaps ominous, and may reflect on their relationship. As she took her last breath she said quote. "Diddy eat Eminem?" alternatively she may have meant to say, "Did he eat M&M's?"
With her passing no will really ever know, which leaves fans puzzled.

Perhaps the late rappers mother was worried about her son Marshall and his feud with mogul rapper and producer 'Diddy' who stormed out of the room when he heard the news.
Slamming his hands on his car hood, he broke down and said quote "I'm sorry momma" ironically a line from his hit song "Cleanin Out My Closet"
Eminem music will probably change since his mother has had an impact on his music.
We might see another side of the dethroned rapper only time will tell.
